Agnes Frances Lyons, 82, of New Bedford died September 8, 2002 at Sacred Heart Nursing Home after a long illness.

She was the daughter of the late Edward J. and Agnes E. (Gilmore) Lyons.

A lifelong resident of New Bedford, she was a communicant of St. Lawrence Church.

Survivors include a niece, Louise O'Rourke of New Bedford; and 3 nephews, Jim O'Rourke of New Bedford, Bill O'Rourke of Houston, Texas, and Edward Winkler of Blackstone, Mass.

She was the sister Theresa L. Winkler, Margaret G. O'Rourke, and Rev. Edward G. Lyons.

Funeral from the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New BedfordTuesday, September 10th at 10 AM.Funeral Mass at St. Lawrence Church at 11 AM.Relatives and friends are invited to attend.

Visiting hours are omitted.

Interment St. Mary's Cemetery.
