Albert Babineau

Albert A. Babineau, 84, of New Bedford passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, December 30, 2025. He was the husband of Dianne Elizabeth (Maciel) Babineau, they were together over 50 years.

Born in New Bedford son of the late Joseph Albert and Priscilla Irene (Weeks) Babineau, he lived in New Bedford all of his life.

Albert loved learning new things, especially playing guitar and practicing ventriloquism. He liked working on cars and camping. Albert was an excellent acrylic painter.

Survivors include his wife, Dianne; and his children, Shane Babineau, Michelle St. Laurent, Michael B. Babineau, Michael A. Babineau, Johnny Drew, Fraiser Allen Drew, and Mary Alice Drew.

He is predeceased by his son, Tony Babineau and his sister Norma Stanley.

According to his wishes, no services will be held.
