Alberta A. Boulanger

Alberta A. (Perry) Boulanger, 89, of New Bedford passed away Thursday March 26, 2026 surrounded by her family. She was the wife of the late Raymond M. Boulanger.

Born in New Bedford, the daughter of the late Albert and Verna E. (Irving) Perry, she was raised in Fairhaven and lived in New Bedford for most of her life. She was a graduate of Fairhaven High School.

Alberta was formerly employed as a housekeeper at Sacred Heart Home until her retirement.

She is survived by her children, Raymond M. Boulanger, Jr., Cheryl Boulanger, Sharon Boulanger, and Gayle Elson and her husband Ted; her siblings, Robert Perry, Lynn Perry, Dorothy Martin, Nancy Bobola, and Barry Perry; her grandchildren, Sarah Boulanger, Hannah Boulanger, Anabelle Elson, Morgan Elson, and Maxwell Elson; and nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her siblings, Janice Brown, Rodney Perry, and Albert Perry.

Her graveside service will be held on Thursday April 9th at 11:30 AM at Riverside Cemetery, Fairhaven. Visiting hours are omitted.
