Alexandria "Sandra" (Boza) Xintaras, formerly of New Bedford, MA, passed away peacefully on Tuesday October 15, 2024 surrounded by her family at home in Sun City Center, Florida.

She was the beloved wife of the late George Xintaras, who predeceased her in January 2017. They shared 68 wonderful years of marriage together. They especially enjoyed trips to New York during the Christmas Season, shopping and seeing the Broadway shows with their granddaughter each year.

Mrs. Xintaras was born in New Bedford, the daughter of the late Stratis and Mary (Alevizos) Boza. She was employed for many years at Stop & Shop as a cashier on the express line.

She is survived by her loving daughter, Dianne Camara and her husband Glenn of Sun City Center, FL, her loving granddaughter, Lauren Silva Newhard and her husband David of Tampa, FL, as well as many nieces and nephews.

She was the sister of the late Jeannie Mustakos, Olga Vazopolos, Katherine Morris, Stephen Boza, and Ernest Boza.

Viewing will take place at St. George Greek Orthodox Church, 186 Cross Road, Dartmouth, MA on Monday Oct 28th at 10:00 am. Her funeral service will follow at 11:00 am. Burial will be at Pine Grove Cemetery. The Mercy Meal will be held at the Bocca Restaurant in Fairhaven, MA.
