Anne Marie Krieger, age 77 of New Bedford, MA, went to be with the Lord Jesus on Saturday, May 20, 2017, joining her husband Richard L. Krieger, both born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She grew up with a passion for piano and a love for serving God. She met her husband and love of her life while students at the Universidad de La Plata, where she studied pharmacology. They moved to the U.S. in 1970. In addition to her unwavering love as a devoted mother and wife, she spent much of her career serving as a piano and Spanish instructor, as well as a pharmacist. She is survived by her son Frank, her son Paul, Paul's wife Kelly and daughter Haley, her son Richard and his companion Evelyn and their daughter Lexus.
Her Visitation will be held on Thursday May 25, 2017 from 5-8 PM at Hope Evangelical Church, 88 Hathaway Rd., Dartmouth, with a Memorial Service beginning at 7 PM. A family burial service will take place on Friday in Cushing Cemetery, Mattapoisett. Arrangements are by the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford.
