Anne M. (Gillis) MacAdam, 84, of Dedham, MA died August 13, 2024 at Morton Hospital.
She was the wife of the late James J. MacAdam.
Born and raised in Gillisdale, Nova Scotia, daughter of the late Duncan R. and Elizabeth A. (MacPherson) Gillis, she lived in Boston and Dedham most of her life.
She enjoyed sewing and reading.
Survivors include her 2 sisters, Rita A. MacLellan of Halifax, Nova Scotia and Mary Veronica Gillis of Mattapoisett; a brother, Michael Gillis of Gillisdale, Nova Scotia; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was the sister of the late John Gillis, Jessie MacDougall, Margaret Hurley, Richard Gillis and Anthony Gillis.
Her funeral arrangements will be private.
