Aron S. Lipman, 76, of New Bedford died May 25, 2014 at home after a long illness.
Born in New Bedford, the son of the late Samuel and Esther (Sak) Lipman, he lived in Scranton, PA before returning to New Bedford in 1999.
He was a member of Tifereth Israel Synagogue.
He was formerly employed as a firearms specialist, interior director and owned a construction company.
Survivors include his companion, Robin Steves of New Bedford; 2 sons, Neil Lipman of New York City and Brian Lipman of Dallas, TX; 2 daughters, Dawn Lipman of Texas and Stacey Lipman of New York City; several grandchildren; and 2 cousins, Elaine Nevins and Ilana Sak.

His Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, May 27th at 10 AM at Tifereth Israel Cemetery.
