Bethany Alexandra Horton, 20, of Marion died unexpectedly March 16, 2002.

She was the daughter of David B. and Caroline A. (Lavallee) Horton of Marion.

Bethany was born in Brockton and had lived in Marion for most of her life.

She was a loving mother, and enjoyed art, playing sports and playing the piano.

Survivors include her parents; a son, Justin David Alexander Horton of Marion; 3 brothers, David B. Horton, Jr., of Cromwell, Conn., Nathaniel G. Horton of Marion and Christopher L. Horton of Fairhaven; her grandmother, Irene Horton of Wareham; a niece and a nephew; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was the granddaughter of the late George Horton and Adolphe and Alexandra Lavallee.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service in the First Church of the Nazarene, 764 Hathaway Rd., New Bedford, Saturday, March 23rd at 10 AM.

Visiting hours at the Saunders-Dwyer Mattapoisett Home for Funerals, 50 County Rd. (Rt. 6), Mattapoisett, Friday, March 22nd from 6-8 PM.

Interment Evergreen Cemetery, Eastham.
