Carlos Alberto DelNegro, 85, of New Bedford passed away on Sunday November 13, 2016 at home after a long illness.
Born in Lisbon, Portugal, the son of the late Alberto and Lucrecia (Cunha) DelNegro, he lived in New Bedford since 1970.
A lifelong learner, Carlos loved languages, reading, and history.
He is survived by his daughter, Isabel Malonson and her husband Paul of Virginia; his sister, Leodil DelNegro of Portugal; his extended family, Fatima and Joe Vincente and family with whom he resided; and several nieces and nephews.
