Catherine (Tobojka) Fisher, 92, of Yorktown Heights, NY died Tuesday April 22, 2008. She was the wife of the late Wellesley L. Fisher.

Born in New Bedford, the daughter of the late Paul and Julia (Wienzek) Tobojka, she lived in New York for many years.

Survivors include two daughters, Susan Pinto and Sally Grote; a sister, Helen Toomey; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.

She was the great-grandmother of the late Jason Thomas Pinto, and sister of the late Gladys Widuch, Stella Farias, Stephanie, Stanley, and Edward Tobojka.


Her Funeral Service was held on Thursday morning at the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford. Burial followed in Rural Cemetery.
