Charlene L. Grace, 53, of Providence, RI died Tuesday January 9, 2007 at Rhode Island Hospital.

Born in Acushnet, the daughter of Theresa V. (Ramos) Souto of New Bedford and Charles J. Grace of New York, she was raised in New Bedford and lived in Providence for most of her life.

Survivors include her parents; four children, David Grace, Brian Grace, and Lenny Grace, all of Providence, and Tenisha Grace of East Providence; a sister, Pamela Grace of Providence; and four grandchildren.


Her Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday at 12 Noon in the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 11AM - 12 Noon, prior to the service. Burial will follow in Rural Cemetery.
