Curtis E. Lopes, 47, of New Bedford passed away on Sunday November 16, 2014 at home surrounded by his family.

Curt enjoyed watching wrestling, the Boston Red Sox, and the New England Patriots. He played Little League baseball in his youth.

He is survived by his parents, Edward and Hattie (Sadler) Lopes; his girlfriend, Darlene Arruda; his children, Timothy Andrade, Kayla Lopes, and Nathaniel Arceley; his sisters, Tammy Louro and her husband Jordan, Kathy Lopes and her fiancé Wayne Holland, and Barbara Lopes; his cousin, Scott Martin and his wife Colleen; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
