Darlene A. Tavares, 64, of Fall River died January 3, 2023 at home after a brief illness.
Born in Fall River, daughter of the late William C. and Gloria (Botelho) Tavares, she lived in Fall River all of her life.
She was formerly employed by Lightolier in Fall Fiver for over 25 years.
Darlene enjoyed the company of her brother's dogs.
Survivors include her brother, James Tavares of New Bedford.
She was the sister of the late William C. Tavares, Jr.
His Mass Intention will be celebrated on Sunday, February 12th at 8 AM in St. Joseph's Church, Fairhaven. Visiting hours are omitted. Her arrangements are with the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford.
