David A. Eastman, 86, of Dartmouth, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 21, 2024. He was the loving husband of Nelma (Scow) Eastman.

Born in Murray, UT, son of the late Archibald and Gertrude (Schouten) Eastman, he lived in Dartmouth most of his life.

David was very active in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and spent many years as Branch President of the Southeastern MA area. He held numerous roles throughout his time in the church, and designed the Audio/Visual system in the North Dartmouth Church. David enjoyed playing clarinet, saxophone, and organ, and enjoyed listening to big band music.

David worked as a computer engineer for Honeywell for many years.

Survivors include his wife; his children, David Michael Eastman, John Kevin Eastman, Lorie Robinson, Lanette Raposa, Bryan Eastman, Jason Kyle Eastman, and Danielle Eastman; and many other relatives.

A memorial service will be announced in the near future.
