Derek A. Correia, 31, of Providence, Rhode Island passed away at home on Tuesday May 7. 2019.

Born in New Bedford, he was the son of Steven M. Correia and Barbara Silveira.

Derek was formerly employed as a commercial fisherman.

He is survived by his parents and two brothers, Bryan and Jeffery Correia.
