Donald R. Cheney, 83, of New Bedford died Tuesday December 8, 2009 at home.

Born in Boston, the son of the late Harold G. and Elizabeth F. (Fogel) Cheney, he lived in Palmer and Wrentham, before moving to New Bedford 30 years ago.

He will be missed by his many friends at Seven Hills and his day program at Capeway.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
