Donald P. Taber, 44, of New Bedford died October 18, 2009.
Born in New Bedford, the son of Rita (Arruda) Taber of New Bedford and the late Patrick Taber, he lived in New Bedford all of his life.
He was employed by the Town of Fairhaven School Department and by Charlie's Pizza.
Survivors include his mother; a son, Donald Butler of New Bedford; 2 sisters, Suzanne Blais and her husband David of New Bedford and Kelly Taber-Cook and her husband David of Port Charlotte, FL; his close friends, Brian Butler and Robert Whitehead; several nieces and nephews.
His Memorial Service will be held on Friday, October 23rd at 7 PM in the Caroline Chapel, 103 Caroline St. New Bedford.
