Edward G. Cebula, 77, of Taunton passed away Monday April 3, 2023 at Morton Hospital.

Born in New Bedford, he was the son of the late Henry and Grace (Dias) Cebula.

Ed was a kind and thoughtful soul and will be missed and remembered by the many lives he touched over the years. He was a quiet soul who relished the simple pleasures of life. He loved vacationing in Virginia Beach and fishing with his friends in his younger years. He had an uncanny ability to find happiness in his daily activities and those who knew him will remember Ed for his kindness, simplicity, and eternal smile.

He is survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins, and his extended family from Bay Cove Human Services.

He was predeceased by his brother Henry Cebula.

His Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday April 13th at 11 AM at Holy Name of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 121 Mount Pleasant St., New Bedford. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery.
