Eileen G. (Murphy) Maulden, 86, of Mattapoisett died August 11, 2010 peacefully at home after a long illness.
Born in Taunton, she lived in Taunton and Florida before moving to Mattapoisett this year.
She enjoyed reading, gardening and the Christmas season.
Survivors include 2 daughters, Barbara Whipple and her husband Lewis of Largo, FL and Annie Keith of Mattapoisett; 4 grandchildren, Joshua Mercier and his wife Kristen of Taunton and Gabriel Mercier of Nashua, NH, Jason Gamache and his wife Linda of St. Petersburg, FL and Lauren Whipple of Largo, FL; 2 great-grandchildren, Liliana Rain Mercier and Mason Cooper Gamache; several nieces and nephews.
Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, August 19th at 10 AM in St. Anthony's Church in Mattapoisett. Arrangements are with the Saunders-Dwyer Mattapoisett Home For Funerals, 50 County Rd.
