Elaine J. McNulty, 60, of New Bedford died Friday January 11, 2002 unexpectedly at Rhode Island Hospital. She was the wife of Ernest E. McNulty, and daughter of Rachael B. (Coldwell) Ingham of New Bedford and the late Frederick E. Ingham.

Mrs. McNulty was born in New Bedford and had lived in New Bedford for all of her life.

Mrs. McNulty was formerly employed as a New Bedford Marine operator, known by her call sign KJC737. She was later employed by Personal Touch Answering Service.

Survivors include her husband; her mother; 2 sons, Eric D. McNulty of Somerset and Corey E. McNulty of Hanover; and 4 grandchildren, Christopher E. McNulty, Sean M. McNulty, Kayley E. McNulty, and Mackenzie A. McNulty.She was the sister of the late Frederick W. Ingham and Beverly Cromwell.

A Private Funeral Service was held on Monday morning, January 14th in the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park Street, New Bedford. Burial followed in the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne. Visiting hours are omitted.
