Everett F. Dugan, 75, of New Bedford died Wednesday February 16, 2011. He was the husband of Helen L. (Field) Dugan.

Born in Brewster, he was the son of the late Arthur F. and Clara (Nottage) Dugan.

Mr. Dugan was formerly employed by the City of New Bedford Park Department.

He served in the U.S. Army from 1958 - 1960.

Survivors include his wife; two children, Crystal Araujo and Edward Dugan; and his sister, Marjorie Maczka.
