Francis A. Toletti, 87, of East Wareham died November 26, 2004 at Sippican Healthcare Center after a brief illness.
He was the husband of Thelma M. (Burns) Toletti.
Born in Dartmouth, son of the late Severino and Uliana (Matrona) Toletti, he lived in New Bedford and Dartmouth most of his life. He had lived in Florida for 15 years and spent the last 8 years in East Wareham.
Mr. Toletti was a communicant of St. Mary's Church in Onset. In his youth, he served as an altar boy at St. Francis of Assisi Church in New Bedford.
He was formerly employed as an insurance agent with Prudential Insurance Company for many years until his retirement.
Mr. Toletti was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He enjoyed golf and playing the piano and organ.
Survivors include his wife; a daughter, T. Marlene Bariteau of East Wareham; a brother, Alfred Toletti of Florida; 2 grandsons, Greg Silva and Jeff Silva; nieces and nephews.
He was the brother of the late Armand Toletti, John Toletti and Marietta Toletti.
His funeral will be private.
