Francisco Fraticelli, 73, of New Bedford died Thuesday March 3, 2005 at St. Luke's Hospital after a brief illness. He was the husband of the late Gloria (Santiago) Fraticelli.

Born in Yauco, Puerto Rico, he lived in New Bedford for many years.

He enjoyed walking with his friends.

Survivors include two daughters, Elizabeth Fraticelli of Ware and Maria Fraticelli of New Bedford; four sons, Norbert Fraticelli, Wilfredo Fraticelli, and Francisco R. Santiago, all of New Bedford, and Gilberto Santiago of Ware; several brothers and sisters in Puerto Rico; 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

His Funeral Service will be held on Saturday March 5, 2005 at 9 AM in the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford. Burial will follow in St. John's Cemetery. Visiting hours will be on Friday March 4, 2005 from 7-9 PM.
