Frank C. Figazolo, 95, of Bakersfield, CA, formerly of New Bedford, died Thursday August 26, 2010. He was the husband of the late Eleanora (Giusti) Figazolo.

Born in New Bedford, the son of the late Joseph and Catherine (Lupo) Figazolo, he lived in New Bedford most of his life before moving to California seven years ago.

Mr. Figazolo was formerly employed as a purchasing agent for New Bedford Gas & Edison Light Company.

During World War II, he served in the U.S. Navy. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Italian Literary and Mutual Aid Society.

Survivors include his son, Joseph F. Figazolo and his wife Denise of Bakersfield; and a granddaughter, Lacey Figazolo.
