Frieda (Truckenmuller) Harding, 75, of New Bedford died March 27, 2007 unexpectedly at St. Luke's Hospital.
She was the wife of Charles W. Harding-Chumack.
Born in Kupferzell, Germany, the daughter of the late Friedrich and Rosa (Hilsenbeck) Truckenmuller, she lived in New Bedford most of her life.
Survivors include 2 sons, Karlheinz Harding and Gunter Harding, both of New Bedford; a granddaughter, Joanne Marie Harding; 4 brothers-in-law, Merton Chumack, Milton Chumack, Carlton Chumack and Ralph Chumack, all of New Bedford; and family in Germany.
She was the sister-in-law of the late Leonard Chumack, Jr. and Curtis Chumack.
Her Funeral Service will be held on Friday, March 30th at 8:30 AM in the Saunders-Dwyer Home For Funerals, 495 Park St. New Bedford. Burial will follow in the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne. Visiting hours Thursday, March 29th from 6-8 PM.
