Giselle Naomi Velez, 15 months old, of New Bedford passed away on February 24, 2019 at Boston Children's Hospital after a brief illness. She was the daughter of Joellen Z. Velez.

Giselle loved dancing and listening to music.

Survivors include her mother; her siblings, Joziyah and Jia Santana; her grandparents, Naomi and Mark Verdejo; 2 aunts, India Verdejo and Danez Spinner; and many cousins.
