Glen E. Wazlowski, 40, of New Bedford died May 14, 2002 at home after a brief illness.

He was the son of Sally (Murphy) Silvia of New Bedford and the late Bento Silvia.

Mr. Wazlowski was born in Boston and had lived in New Bedford for most of his life.

He was formerly employed as a cook.

Survivors include his mother; 3 brothers, Frank Wazlowski and Mark Wazlowski, both of New Bedford, and Scott Wazlowski of California; a sister, Robin Wazlowski of New Bedford; and several nieces and nephews, including Christopher Wazlowski and Sara Wazlowski, both of New Bedford.

A Memorial Service will be held at the Seamen's Bethel at a later date.
