Glenn Syvertsen passed away on October 17, 2020 at St. Luke's Hospital with family by his side.
Glenn was born in New Bedford and lived most of his life in Fairhaven. Glenn was educated in New York and he was the son of the late Sigard and Evelyn Syvertsen.
Glenn was a commercial fisherman on various boats for thirty years. He loved being on the water and had enjoyed having his own boats.
He is survived by his daughter, Rachel Hamel of Fairhaven
His private arrangements are with the the Saunders-Dwyer Home For Funerals, 495 Park St. New Bedford.
