Helen P. (Silva) Rose, 89, of New Bedford died Friday August 5, 2011.

Helen enjoyed her computer, computer games, Facebook, and keeping up with her many friends around the world. She was an animal lover.

She is survived by five children, Dorris Douglas, Joice Katz, Janet Gray, Carol Barboza, and David Liberty; ten grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandson;

She was the mother of the late Albert Ouellet Jr.
