Hilda Correia, 83, of New Bedford died December 19, 2003 at home unexpectedly.

She was the daughter of the late Manuel and Brazelina (Furtado) Correia.

Ms. Correia was born in New Bedford and lived in New Bedford all of her life.

Survivors include several nieces and a nephew.

She was the sister of the late Arthur Correia, Lilia Gurganious, Brazelina Correia and George Correia.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service in the Saunders-Dwyer Mattapoisett Home for Funerals, 50 County Rd. (Rt. 6) MattapoisettMonday, December 22nd at 9 AM.

Visiting hours are omitted.

Interment St. John's Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the charity of one's choice.
