Hilda (Dias) Lawrence, 80, of New Bedford died December 1, 2004 at Hallmark Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.
Born in New Bedford, daughter of the late Antone and Delphina (DeJesus) Dias, she lived in Nantucket and New Bedford all of her life.
She was a graduate of Nantucket High School, class of 1942.
Survivors include 2 daughters, Judy Winburn and Norma Stanfield both of South Carolina; a son, James Lawrence of East Sandwich; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was the sister of the late Antone Dias and Manuel Dias.
Her Funeral Service will be private.
