Irene Moran, 84, of New Bedford passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday December 17, 2014.

Born and raised in Haverhill, the daughter of the late William F. and Ida G. (Woodman) Moran, she lived in Wrentham and Wareham before moving to New Bedford 11 years ago.

Irene attended the LifeStream Day Habilitation Program.

Survivors include her caregiver for many years, Vidalia Sousa of New Bedford; and her LifeStream family.

Her Funeral Service will be held on Friday at 11 AM in the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford. Visitation will be on Friday from 10-11 AM prior to the service. Burial will follow in Rural Cemetery.
