Jacqueline C. (Poisson) Frazer, 90, originally from New Bedford, died peacefully on July 30, 2024, surrounded by her family following a long illness. Her loving husband, George, pre-deceased her in 2014.

She is survived by her five children and their spouses, Nancy Frazer Evangelista (Fred), Bruce Frazer (Robyn), Kathleen Mullin (Robert), Michael Frazer and Lynn Borella (Robert). She was so proud of her grandchildren. Jacqueline's grandchildren and their spouses, Katelyn Frazer-Rego (Christopher), Sara Gillett (Brandon), Brandon Perry, Allison Mullin, Courtney Mullin (Eric), Jacqueline Borella (Owen), Christopher Evangelista and Alex Borella.  She also had two great grandchildren, Francine Rego and Owen Gillett who brought her so much joy.

Jacqueline enjoyed spending time with her family and especially enjoyed helping out with the children.  She was a lifetime member of St. Joseph Church.  She moved to the Worcester area ten years ago to be near her daughters.  She was born in New Bedford, daughter of the late Flavie and Lucien Poisson.  She is pre-deceased by her brother Phillippe and her step-father, Charles Poisson. Jacqueline was proud to be a full-time mother and homemaker.  She also enjoyed working part time at the Star Store, McGee's Photo Shop, Sacred Heart Nursing Home and at St. Anthony's School cafeteria.

Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday August 5th at 10 AM at St. Gabriel the Archangel Parish, 343 Tarkiln Hill Rd., New Bedford.  A private family burial will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery.  Visiting hours are omitted.  Arrangements are by the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford.  For online condolence book, please visit www.saundersdwyer.com.
