Jeanette M. Britto, 73, of Browns Mills, NJ died January 8, 2007 at Einstein Medical Center in Elkins Park, PA after a brief illness.
Born and raised in New Bedford, the daughter of the late Joseph P. and Frances J. (Duarte) Britto, she lived in New Jersey most of her life.
She served in the U.S. Army for 23 years.
Survivors include her brother, Robert L. Britto of New Bedford; her aunt, Rose J. Almeida of New Bedford; 3 nieces, a nephew and several cousins; her care giver, Diane Smith of Browns Mills, NJ.

Funeral from the Saunders-Dwyer Home For Funerals, 495 Park St. New Bedford Tuesday, January 23rd at 8 AM. Funeral Mass in Our Lady of the Assumption Church at 9 AM. Burial will follow in the Massachusetts National Cemetery. Visiting hours Monday, January 22nd from 4-8 PM.
