Jeannett M. (Monaghan) Perez Reed, 53, of New Bedford died suddenly on Sunday June 9, 2013. She was the wife of the late Eligio Abraham "Abe" Perez.

Born in New Bedford, she was the daughter of Jean (Fisher) Voisine and the late Robert Monaghan.

Survivors include her mother; three children, Jason Monaghan and his spouse Heather, Irene Harrop-Manley and her spouse Donald, and Barbara Perez-Gala and her spouse Devansh; a brother, Antonio Monaghan and his spouse Lynne; a sister, Jean Bettencourt; six grandchildren, Bradford, Caeley, Dyllin, McKenzie, Ethan, and Jayson; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Her Funeral Service will be held on Thursday at 7:30 PM in the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford. Visiting hours will be on Thursday from 4-7:30 PM.
