Joyce A. Carroll, 66, of Dartmouth passed away on Thursday October 13, 2016.

Born in New Bedford, the daughter of Robert L. Carroll and the late Priscilla A. (Southworth) Carroll, she lived in New Bedford and Dartmouth for most of her life.

Joyce was formerly employed as a waitress at Davy's Locker.

She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

Survivors include her father; two daughters, Shyla Carroll and Traci Carroll; her brother, Robert L. Carroll, Jr.; two grandchildren, Jareyn Carroll and Ari Lee Silva; her great-granddaughter, Avah Marie Carroll; her nephew, Todd Carroll, whom she thought of as a son; and her close friend, Benjamin Rose.
