Judith A. (Cabral) Walmsley, 77, of New Bedford passed away Friday February 18, 2022 after a long illness.

Born in New Bedford, the daughter of the late Albert Cabral and Adelaide (Sousa) Cabral, she lived in New Bedford for most of her life. She was a graduate of New Bedford High School and Kinyon-Campbell Business School.

Judy was formerly employed as a secretary for Shepard Clothing Company.

She is survived by her sister, Virginia A. Galley; two nephews, Gerald Souza and Christopher Souza; her great-niece and great-nephew, Sarah Souza and Ian Souza; and eight great-grandnieces and nephews.
