Justina C. (DosSantos) Britto, 86, of New Bedford died September 11, 2013 at New Bedford Health Care Center after a brief illness.
Born in Boa Vista, Cape Verde, she lived in New Bedford since 1987.
Survivors include her son, Antonio Carvalho of Cape Verde; 2 daughters, Maria DaCosta of New Bedford and Maria DoCarmo Craveiro Pinto Mascarenhas of Cape Verde; a brother, Olimpio Craveiro of Madeira; 2 sisters, Eracema Craveiro of Lisbon and Arlete Craveiro of France; 7 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
Her Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, September 18th at 11 AM at the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford. Burial will follow in Rural Cemetery. Visiting hours will be on Tuesday from 5-8 PM.
