Katelynn C. Vertefeuille, 29, of Fall River passed away Wednesday January 11, 2017.
Born in New Bedford, she lived in New Bedford and Fall River for most of her life.
Katelynn was employed as a lunch aide for the Fall River School Department.
She loved her family very much and she will be missed by all.
She is survived by her children, Khaiya and Kason Raposo; her mother, Phyllis "Pumpkin" Vertefeuille and her companion Alan Manchester; her father, David A. DeMello; her companion, Keith Raposo; her siblings, Jarred Mello, Joshua DeMello, Keri DeMello, Dallas DeMello, and Kelsie DeMello; her grandparents, Carol Vertefeuille, Maria Vertefeuille, and Tobey and Richard DeMello; her aunt and Godmother, Jacqueline Grajales; and several nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
She was predeceased by her grandfather, John Vertefeuille.
Her visiting hours will be held on Wednesday January 18, 2017 from 4-8 PM at the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford. Cremation will follow.
