Linda Kay (Lajoie) Garnett, 70, of New Bedford, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, August 18, 2024. She was the wife of Bruce E. Garnett.

Born in Florida, daughter of the late Donald and Rita (Krouzek) Lajoie, she lived in New Bedford all of her life.

Linda was an avid bowler and gambler, and enjoyed going out to eat and traveling.

Linda worked for Aquapoint for over 40 years.

Survivors include her husband, Bruce; her daughter Amy (Robinson) Errante of New Bedford; her siblings, Scott Lajoie and his wife Wendy, Karen Bernier and her husband Daniel, David Lajoie and his wife Mary, and James Lajoie and his wife Robin; her grandson, Quinn McAuliffe; and many nieces and nephews.

Her visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, August 21st from 4-7 PM in the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford.
