Lucille (Cardoza) Kouscouros, 77, of Dartmouth died January 13, 2002 at St. Luke's Hospital after a brief illness.

She was the wife of the late William "Bill the Greek" Kouscouros, and daugther of the late Manuel and Mary (Simmons) Cardoza.

Mrs. Kouscouros was born in Taunton and had lived in New Bedford for most of her life before moving to Dartmouth in 1985.

She was a member of St. George Greek Orthodox Church.

She loved to cook and enjoyed playing Keno at Supreme Donuts.

Survivors include 2 cousins, Gilbert Simmons of Florida and Leonard Simmons of New Bedford; and her close friends, Cecile Christensen and JoAnne Sykes, both of New Bedford.

She was the sister of the late Walter Cardoza.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Committal Service on Tuesday January 22 at 1 PM in Pine Grove Cemetery.
