Mary Ann (Baker) Auger, 93, of New Bedford, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, March 9th, 2022. She was the former wife of the late Richard Auger.

Born in Toledo, OH, to Ralph Baker and Katherine (Heaffner) McCahan, she lived in many places throughout her life.

Mary Ann was a military wife, living across the world with her husband and 5 children. She was active every community they lived in volunteering to benefit the local families as well as those on the military base.

Survivors include her children, Richard Auger and his wife Felistas of Florida, Ronald Auger and his wife Rosemary, Diana Sullivan and her husband David, Pamela Auger, and Mary Ann Auger, all of Massachusetts; her 13 grandchildren; and her 11 great-grandchildren.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
