Mary D. (Hughes) Quinn, 83, of Fairhaven died February 14, 2003 at St. Luke's Hospital after a long illness.

She was the wife of the late Edward H. Quinn,and daughter of the late John E. and Mary (Owens) Hughes.

Mrs. Quinn was born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, and had lived in Fairhaven for most of her life.

She was formerly employed by St. Luke's Hospital as a Medical Records Administrator for several years.

She was a member of the Fairhaven Senior Citizens and the Bourne Community Club.

Survivors include a niece, Diane S. Hughes of East Providence, RI; and 2 nephews, Paul Newton of New Bedford and John E. Hughes, III of Millbury, a cousin, Elizabeth Owens of Fall River.

She was the sister of the late John E. Hughes, Jr.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service in the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New BedfordWednesday, February 19th at 11 AM.

Visiting hours Wednesday 10-11 AM prior to the service.

Interment Riverside Cemetery.
