Mary Ann (Reed) Silva, 74, of Fall River passed away Tuesday March 12, 2019 at Charlton Memorial Hospital after a long illness.
Born in Acushnet, the daughter of the late Rinaldo E. and Mary Ella (Williams) Reed, she lived in New Bedford before moving to Fall River eight years ago.
Mary Ann was formerly employed as a certified nursing assistant at various area nursing homes.
She enjoyed cooking.
She is survived by two children, Robert M. Silva and his wife Jo-ann of Acushnet and Roxanne M. Silva and her fiancé Roger Cabral of Fall River; her siblings, Barbara Robinson, Ethel May Coleman, and Clarence Reed; four grandchildren, Brittney Silva, Brandon Durden, Cassidy Silva, and Cody Silva; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was the sister of the late Arthur Williams, Rinaldo Reed, William Reed, Howard Reed, and Linda DaSilva.
