Maureen Walsh Jeffries, 89, of Dartmouth, formerly of Port Orange, FL and New Bedford, passed peacefully on Saturday September 7, 2019. She was a beloved wife, mother, Nana, and great-grandmother.

She was a communicant of St. Julie Billiart Church in Dartmouth, where she was a member of the Ladies Guild.

Preceded in death by her loving husband Ephraim, she is survived by a large and loving family, including her children, Patricia and her husband Robert Zukowski of Dartmouth, Mark and his wife Katy of Dartmouth, Matthew and his wife Sue of Port Orange, FL, and John D. and his wife Lee Erin of Dover, MA, ten grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday September 16, 2019 at 9 AM at Holy Name of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 121 Mount Pleasant St., New Bedford. Burial in the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne will be private. A Celebration of Life will be held immediately following the Funeral Mass in the Church's reception hall until the family's departure for the cemetery at 12:45 PM.
