Michael P. Synnott, 65, of New Bedford, died January 22, 2013 unexpectedly, at St. Luke's Hospital.
He was the husband of Norma B. (Machado) Synnott.
Born in Acushnet, the son of the late William J. and Veronica M. (Siminson) Synnott, he lived in New Bedford most of his life.
Mr. Synnott was formerly employed by Sheet Metal Workers Union local 17 for 24 years until his retirement.
He enjoyed playing cards, watching football games and trips to Foxwoods.
Survivors include his wife; 2 step-sons, Dale Machado of Fall River and Steven Machado of New Bedford; a brother, Atty. William Synnott of Dartmouth; two neices; and his friends, Sam Price, Al Rodrigues and Manuel Chase.
His Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, February 5th at 11 AM in Pine Grove Cemetery.
