Miriam B. (Scott) Machado, 72, of Dartmouth died March 27, 2024 at home surrounded by her family.
She was the companion of John L. Lemieux.
Born and raised in New Bedford, daughter of the late Charles E. Scott and Emily (Domingues) Ross, she lived in Dartmouth the past 37 years.
Survivors include her companion; 3 sons, Joseph Brown and his wife Bobbi of Fairhaven, Anthony Machado and his companion Becky of New Bedford and Michael Machado and his wife Leesa of Plymouth; and a grandson, Zachary DeMello.
She was the sister of the late Henry Scott, Lillian Gajewski and John Scott.
Her funeral service will be private.
