Muriel (Tomlinson) Medeiros, 93, of Dartmouth passed away Tuesday March 8, 2022 at the New Bedford Jewish Convalescent Home. She was the wife of John Medeiros and the late Thomas F. Galligan.

Born in New Bedford, the daughter of the late Emmeline (Cooper) and William Tomlinson, Jr., she resided in Dartmouth for many years.

She was a member of Grace Episcopal Church.

She is survived by her husband; two daughters, Susan E. Grant and Joyce C. Spence-Rogers and her husband Jerry E. Rogers; two stepdaughters, Deborah Grenon and Linda DaSilva; five grandchildren, Thomas Grant, Kelly Leeds, Caitlin Em, Alyson Gangi, and Mark Spence;11 great-grandchildren; and several step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Her Funeral Service will be held on Saturday March 12, 2022 at 9 AM at the Grace Episcopal Church. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Fairhaven. Visiting hours will be held on Friday March 11 from 4-7 PM at the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford.
