Nancy Ann (Perry) Azevedo, 68, of New Bedford died Saturday October 26, 2013 at St. Luke's Hospital after a long illness. She was the wife of the late Joaquim Azevedo.

Born in New Bedford, the daughter of the late Manuel S. and Mary J. (Souza) Perry, she lived in New Bedford for most of her life, and had also resided in Florida for ten years.

She is survived by her son, Joseph W. Dutra; her siblings, Donald Perry, Normand Perry, Eileen Kneodler, Carol Santos, and Mary Perry; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
