Nicholas "Nik-Nik" Pina, 56, of New Bedford died November 30, 2010 at Tobey Hospital after a long illness.
Born in Falmouth, the son of the late Francisco and Matilda (Tavares) Pina, he lived in New Bedford most of his life.
He was a member of the International Church of the Nazarene.
Mr. Pina enjoyed repairing bicycles.
Survivors include his brother, Richard Tavares of New Bedford; 3 sisters, Anna Pina, Minga Pina and Susie Pina, all of New Bedford; several nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
He was the brother of the late Frank Lobo Pina, Jr. and Mary Santos.
His visiting hours will be held on Friday, December 3rd from 4-7:30 PM followed by his Funeral Service at 7:30 PM in the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford.
